After building a couple of sets of carbon hoops for Shaun, he came back with a pair of hubs for his downhill bike, and asked to build him a new SuperBoost wheelset. Again he selected the WheelTec FliteX rims - they are super tough, and priced very reasonably.
Being a DH wheelset, we laced these up with plain gauge Sapim leader spokes to ensure ultimate lateral stiffness and strength.
Shaun's feedback has been stellar. He loves them.
