Recommended usage: Ritchey SuperLogic Double Butted J Bend Silver Spokes are an evolution of the already very light Ritchey Logic Spoke. The extra thin middle section and very short butted ends saves about 80g a wheelset compared to thicker double butted spokes, however at some reduction in overall wheel (lateral) stiffness.

Use for ultra high performance builds only. These were the spokes used in the 90s and early 00s by the Ritchey MTB team - to many World Cup, NORBA and World Champ victories.

Not recommended for heavy riders, low spoke counts, or heavy duty applications. 

Note these spokes need a 15g nipple for the ~2.0mm threaded section. A standard 14g nipple will not work.
